I'm Garrett Grebe. I've spent nearly 30 years in operations leadership across logistics, venture-backed technology, nonprofit, construction materials, and real estate.
At FedEx, I rose through operations leadership to run teams of up to 1,000 employees. At Clutter, a venture-backed storage and logistics company, I was Senior Director of Operations over a roughly $75M P&L, more than 1,200 employees, and over 40 warehouses and trucking depots. As VP of Operations at Vesta, I led national warehousing, transportation, and installation.
I served as COO of Tuolumne River Trust, overseeing work across CEQA, permitting, environmental compliance, grants, restoration, and public-agency coordination. Most recently I was COO of California Materials. I also co-founded two property management companies in California, where I serve as Integrator in an EOS structure.
My best work is coming into an organization, building the systems and structure it needs, then staying involved at a lighter level.
